The Technologies Used

We often provide BPO services that combine scanning, OCR, OMR, ICR, as well as manual processing of data. Additionally, we do build our own solutions upon analysis of the data by the project manager.

OCR (Optical Character Recognition): Data is often captured using this method, in which the document is scanned, and converted into several languages.

OMR (Optical Mark Recognition): This process is usually associated with capturing of "survey data", tabulation of such figures, as well as automatic mathematic resolutions.

ICR (Intelligent Character Recognition): This technology involves a more extensive database, which include photographs, handwritten documents (e.g. doctors prescriptions, written test examinations etc), and forms with unusual characters/drawings. Once captured, such data is stored into Oracle, MS Access, or MS SQL database.

Manual Data Entry: These projects involve the most conventional method of "re-entry", in which two sets of teams are involved. To achieve our accuracy of 99.995%, all information is verified manually.
