The Quality Management at DPS comprises of well evolved Quality Systems, Quality Process and Quality Assurance. Our ability to commit and consistently deliver superior quality solutions hinges on the quality systems which has evolved since 1976.

Quality
Quality Objective
"Continuous improvement to achieve highest level of quality which will be sustained for over a period of time".
Quality System
To ensure efficient quality system, we have Quality System Documentation (QSD), which provides our software engineers with a vast repository of detailed procedures, templates, standards, guidelines and checklists. The comprehensiveness of QSD supports all tasks from high-level information abstraction and definition to tasks such as coding and documentation and finally delivering the product and solution to our esteemed clients.
Quality Process
Our performance is constantly being assessed by regular and planned internal ISO audits supplemented with external half-yearly audits by DNV.
Quality Assurance
Recognizing the importance of quality, we have instituted stringent quality assurance and control measures. Changing business needs, suggestions for improvements and analysis of process performance drive our process improvements.
Metrics Program
To ensure quality assurance, all project performance related metrics are captured in the process database. This data forms the basis to construct DPS process-capability baseline, which is used by project leaders to estimate effort, schedule tasks, and predict defect levels during the Inception-Planning phase. The process database is based on data from past projects and ensures that project plans are realistic. Further, project monitoring based on these metrics increases its effectiveness.
Quality Life Cycle
Stop Valve
A project's quality life cycle starts with the project feasibility study and ends when the product solution completes its defined life cycle and ceases to exist any more.
