Functional Consultant / Business Analyst - ERP
We are seeking a Business Analyst/Functional Consultant to join our offshore development centre in Kolkata in this challenging and demanding role which includes ongoing training on cutting edge Microsoft Dynamics technologies.

The successful candidate will have total responsibility for all areas of implementation and configuration, from analysis and design, through to build and testing. Key to the success of this role, will be your extensive collaboration and liaison with Clients and client teams to define, build and deliver performance management solutions across a wide range of industries.

The role is both demanding and influential and the ideal candidate will be able to demonstrate:
A strong financial background; an appropriate qualification would be an advantage
Minimum of 2 years financial ERP systems experience which should cover at least one full project life cycle
Strong Functional experience of AP, AR, GL financial modules
Strong analytical or technical experience in successful implementation of any Financial ERP product
Any previous experience working with structured, systems development methodologies
Effective communication skills
OLAP, Consolidation or REPORT Planning experience

Technical Support Engineer - 2000/3, XP, MS SQL, Active Directory
Essential Skills - Minimum of 2 years experience in the Help Desk and in depth knowledge of Windows Servers 2000/3 and XP, and Active Directory, MS/SQL, call logging systems, TCP/IP, Backup Exe, Veritus, Patch Management.
Essential Functions and Responsibilities:
You will have to provide outstanding customer service with a solid knowledge of IT systems and you will be the first point of contact for internal customers experiencing IT problems. You will be dealing with customer enquiries, and provide a high level of customer service to the users globally, on a variety of application and hardware issues.
You will identify, research and resolve technical problems and communicate with the end users various business units to learn what their challenges and needs are for more proactive support.
You will respond to alerts, telephone calls, and Problem Report assignments, email and direct contact for technical support. You will act in accordance with various corporate and IT policies and procedures.
You will monitor servers and back-ups. Remote server support and desktop support are strong requirements for the role. You will provide remote hardware support that includes Dell and HP Servers, desktops, laptops and printers and telephony and Blackberry mobile devices.

You will document, track and monitor issues assigned to ensure a timely resolution. You will have knowledge of commonly used concepts, practices and procedures within many different applications.

Issues and/or requests are reported to the GSC via phone or in the form of a Problem Report submitted from our intranet portal where the GSC team is responsible for assessing, troubleshooting, communicating, assigning, resolving or when necessary escalating to another IT Support team via phone, call center application and/or direct contact, for not only the UK office, but also various offices throughout the world.
Excellent communication skills and customer focused excellent customer service skills and strong technical abilities are required for this position.

Microsoft Solutions Developer
Microsoft Solutions Developer - C# .NET, SQL Server, Outlook, Sharepoint, Biztalk. (1 Lead Developer/Architect position)
Essential Functions and Responsibilities:
MS Developer working on Microsoft .NET with strong experience in CRM and full CRM software development life cycle from analysis and requirements gathering through design, installation, customization and implementation.
The ideal candidate is a rounded Microsoft professional with solid experience across .NET development preferably using C#. Microsoft SQL Server including stored procedures, Share Point, Biztalk, Outlook. Good exposure to any CRM application development, and Workflow is desirable.

IT Help Desk - Senior-Technical Support Associate (Voice)
Essential Functions and Responsibilities:
Candidate will be responsible for providing Voice and E-Mail Technical Help Desk Services support to SSI Group's Internal End Users and External Commercial Account End Users across UK
Work involves troubleshooting technical queries and providing resolution for UK customers. Candidates must be willing to work in shifts and possess strong communication skills.
Candidates should have
Min 2 years relevant experience in IT and Network Support
Strong awareness of networking and Microsoft technologies
Proficient in network connectivity troubleshooting, TCP/IP, LAN/WAN
Strong in Windows 2000/NT/XP configuration and Troubleshooting
Ability to identify hardware problems and network problems
Skilled in Windows OS and Microsoft Office
Has technical experience and skills in the areas of problem determination, and analysis
Receives incoming calls from customers and creates incident record or updates existing record
Very strong computer skills required to be the initial call handling person who will perform problem cause analysis, resolve routine customer problems and/or more complex problems, and resolve routing and customer problems all within set criteria
Be able to identify opportunity for, and implement process improvements
